This particular project is a mix of UX and UI, I did the entire project including some user testing to validate the product and some functionality. You can read the entire process on my Behance page.
When I was working at Mycujoo, one of the projects created was the Cujommunity app, exclusively for football players. And to validate the app, I did a test with some players that we invited, and I used the app MVP version. I was responsible not only for creating the application, but also for testing it. On this project, when I was in the "discovery" phase, I had a lot of questions about what kind of content the user wants to see on each page. We had many possibilities, but we couldn't show everything on one page, to not overload the user. So, to understand the user needs, I did a (qualitative) user test and asked each person what kind of content they would like to see on each page. I provided a list of options and a mockup of 4 mobile screens, in the end I just gathered all the answers and put it on a board to get an overview of everything. If you'd like to see all test documentation and final results, just send me a message.
This task consisted of analyzing the performance of the checkout page after some micro changes in the design. We could notice an interesting change in user behavior, some good and some not so much. I can talk more about it if you want, just let me know.
To validate which version of the new insurance component is best, I ran a quick test in Maze and the end results helped me decide which version to use. Spoiler alert: I made a third version combining the two designs...I can explain why I did this in a short chat, if you're curious just send me a message.
